We live this life processing all the experiences that we’ve, well, experienced. Much of it goes into the subconscious part of our mind to be pulled out by our egos as a response to current events as we live them.
There can be times when we have reactions, make decisions, have likes or dislikes that spark the question, “WHY?”. Why do I feel that way, why did I react that way, decide that way? Our subconscious is the memory repository for all our experiences in this life. It can also harbor memories from past life events which have sneakily leaked through into this life. It is very good at squirreling our memories into various nooks and crannies that can make finding them very hard. These memories are what our ego-minds react to, either positively or negatively.
